Activity Professionals of Ontario welcomes businesses and services to advertise with us. Opportunities exist to promote your products/services through our newsletter and at our convention.
Newsletter Advertising
The APO membership newsletter, Notes & News, is published twice each year, with each edition focusing on the particular season. You can take advantage of limited advertising space to convey your members through our newsletter to members and others working in the provinces long-term care facilities.
The newsletter is printed on standard 8-1/2 by 11 inch paper. Ad sizes are full page, half page horizontal or vertical, quarter page, 2 inch horizontal banner, and business card. Printing is in black ink. The issues include colour front and back covers, with the back page available for colour advertising. We also offer the opportunity to run your advertisement as an insert, which is ideal should you wish you promote your product/service with a small flyer or brochure.
APO Business Members are offered preferred advertising rates. This is one of the benefits of being an APO Business Member. For more information, please see our membership page here.
While deadlines may be altered due to editorial considerations or scheduling of events, as a rough guide they are as follows:
- issue one: early February
- issue two: late July

Exhibiting at the APO Convention
Our annual convention, held in mid-October each year in a different part of the province, includes an exhibitors hall where companies can promote their product/service to approximately 300 convention attendees. Visit our convention page here for full details.
