Last year, Recreation Professionals of Ontario launched a Registered Recreation Professional (RRP) membership level.
A designation would assist members working in the field of Recreation to develop and maintain competencies to work effectively within the industry. The needs of the populations we serve are constantly changing and as professionals, we must change and adapt our approach to care in order to enhance our clients' physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and spiritual well-being.
A Registered Recreation Professional (RRP) would be demonstrating to their employers and their clients and families that they are providing the highest level of care in these domains as set out by the Recreation Professionals of Ontario’s (RPO) Standards of Practice and this designation distinction within our organization.
Become a Registered Recreation Professional with RPO today!
Join this webinar to learn about the RRP application process! Hear from RPO's Membership Chairperson and our organizations' first Registered Recreation Professional, Rhonda Lustic, on her journey. Both will be available to answer your questions and inquiries.
